I’m Charles, a high school senior and builder from Bountiful, Utah. Winters are for freeride skiing at Snowbasin. Spring is lacrosse. The rest of the year I’m mountain biking, climbing or hiking whenever I can get outside.
I split my school day between Bountiful High and the Davis Catalyst Center, where I study cybersecurity, web development, and AI engineering. Outside of class, I run local AI models on GPU servers and build tools around them.

Teach AI how humans learn.
Every student learns differently. I believe education should serve us, and I’m going to build AI that helps students learn their way.
My goal is to build a dataset of how humans learn: across subjects, ages, and the different ways something finally clicks. Then use that understanding to create tools that adapt to the person learning.
I’m graduating from high school this school year, and I’m already putting in the work at the Davis Catalyst Center: studying AI engineering and cybersecurity, building software, and researching security patterns in AI-generated websites. I will keep pushing my skills in computer science and AI engineering to turn that goal into something real.
